Returns Policy


Please check all goods on delivery. We will replace or repair goods damaged due to transit providing we have received written notification of such damage within 10 days of the delivery date. We do not accept liability for the return costs, damaged in transit or not received by us.

You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of having received your order for a full cash refund.

Notification of faulty goods should be made as soon as possible after the goods have been received.

All goods returned are at the sender's expense unless faulty. We recommend that postal returns should be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this service ensures that you will have proof of delivery and insurance of the goods while in transit.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or replace any earrings other than where faults in manufacture can be demonstrated.

Refunds will not be given for rings that do not fit, please ensure you have your correct ring/finger size before placing your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
